Field Trips, Chaperoning, and Use of Private Vehicles

​All excursions or field trips require parent consent forms. Parent drivers or chaperones require a valid Criminal Record Check and “Use of Private Vehicle” form. A form letter is available at the office. CRC are valid as long as your status is unchanged and your child attends Bready School.​
